Pigeon Breeders and Racers.
The sire of 1st Section A, 1st South Region, 12th Open Scottish National winner, was bred by Tumley Lofts Stud!
The Stud
We are only a small pigeon stud with around 50 pairs of pigeons at stock, specialising in Leen Boers, Janssens,
Aardens and William Geerts.
Leen Boers: (Sprint)
He was a superb breeding cock. He is a sire of Federation winners. He is a sire and grandsire of 1st Blackpool
Amalgamation winners. He is also responsible for breeding RPRA Award winners. He is a son of "Concord" 1st
Duffel 9,706 birds, he was the fastest racer in the whole event winning against 150,000 birds and "Quick Silver."
"Morstyle" is a full brother to "Spitfire" 1st Duffel 14,713. His original cost was £1,300.
She was a superb breeding hen. She is a dam, grand dam and great grand dam of Federation and Amalgamation winners.
She is a daughter of "Champion Supervisor" 1st Orleans 1,800 birds, 1st Strombeek 7,963 birds and 1st St. Dizer
20,180 birds. Daughter of "Siren" winner of 23rd out of 12,409 birds, 17th out of 2,815, 6th out of 1,587, 12th
out of 7,816, 6th out of 3,638, 54th out of 1,606, 11th out of 8,084, 85th out of 3,351 and 35th out of 2,095
with only 9 races. "Sirenas Double" is a sister to "Suzy Wong" winner of 1st St. Ghislain 6,350 birds. She is
a half sister to the world famous "Mirage" the fastest pigeon in the world.
He is a grandsire of 3 Gold Ring winners into Malta. He is a sire and grandsire of Federation winners. He is a
grandson of "Champion Supervisor" and son of "Le Francaise" winner of 1st Chateauroux 600km, a hard long race
3,839 birds. He is also a great grandson of the world famous "Merckx 67." He was probably our best Leen Boers
stock cock at the time.
She was one of the best breeding hens in the UK. She is a dam of 2 x 1st Blackpool Amalgamation winners. She bred many Federation, Combine and Amalgamation winners. She bred Gold Ring winners into Malta and to win a Gold Ring the birds have to fly 1,000 miles on the sprint racing. She is a daughter of "Athous" winner of 1st St. Ghislain 7,310 birds and "Silver Wind" a fantastic breeder.
These are bred especially for sprint but with a few exceptions winning at 600 miles. These have been here at our
stud 17 years being the first to enter the UK in 1981, direct from Leen Boers lofts, the best of the originals
inbred with no crosses still winning in top competition, 1997 62nd and 68th Open 16th and 29th Section Arklow
113 miles, 1,469 members sent 27,690 birds. 57th Open 6th Section Rosscarberry 224 miles, 872 members sent 4,771
birds. 69th, 192nd and 223rd Open 21st, 42nd and 59th Section Talbenny 191miles, 1,053 members sent 5,325 birds.

Janssens: (Middle Distance)
He was a superb breeding cock. He is a sire, grandsire and great grandsire of Federation, Combine and Open winners.
He is a son of "Goedoger" and "Madam Merckx" a top class breeding pair. "Sir Merckx" is a grandson of the
"Supercrack" the unequalled racing and breeding cock. Winner of 90 prizes, including 29 x 1sts. He is also a
grandson of the world famous "Merckx 67" winner of 21 x 1sts.
She is the dam, grand dam and great grand dam of Federation and Combine winners. She is a full sister to the
famous "Hard Luck" winner of 19 x 1sts and 2 x 1st Open Combines and 3 x 2nd Open Combines. Her original cost was
£450.
A superb breeder. He has produced a winner in every nest when paired to "Cornish Queen." He is a sire of 5 birds
to get into the first 10 of the Cornish Combine before we bought him. He is the sire of the "Stormer" winner of
6 x 1st Clubs and 9 other club positions. 1st, 6th, 8th, 2 x 12th and 18th Federation. 1st, 11th and 20th
Combine. He sold for £500 at 7 years old. The "Dukes" original cost was £1,600.
He is the sire, grandsire and great grandsire of countless winners and breeders of winners. He is the grandsire of
"Tumley Bouncer" winner of 6 prizes including 1st Open Combine Dover 230 miles.
Once again this is a well established family with many lines being housed at Tumley Lofts Stud Red Fox, Romain
Legiest, Arendonk, and so on. Winners at all levels of competition, the very best of these here close to the world
wide champions, many thousands of pounds spent on obtaining these.

Aardens: (Long Distance)
A superb breeding cock. He is a sire, grandsire and great grandsire of Federation and Combine winners. He is the
sire of the "Combine Winner" winner of amongst others 1st Combine Poitiers 296 miles there were only 4 birds home
on the day, including two other loft mates. He is a half brother to the "Dam of the Combine Winner."
A superb breeding hen. She is a dam, grand dam and great grand dam of Federation and Combine winners. She is the
dam of the "Combine Winner." She is a granddaughter of the famous "Champion Vlekje" winner of the car in the
Dutch Dax National flying over 600 miles against nearly 10,000 birds.
He is a superb cock. He is the sire of many 1st Club and Federation winners. He is a half brother to "Mona Lisa"
and he is a grandson of the "Kruisbek."
She is a dam, grand dam and great grand dam of multiple prize winners. This hen is a half sister to 7th National
Bergerac 56,000 birds and the 31st National Pau in 1988. She is a daughter of the top racing and breeding cock
"De Genaaiden," who was one of the winners of the Europa Cup in 1985. He scored, amongst others, 19th National
Barcelona, 65th National Perpignan.
If you need to fly the distance, then these are the birds to do that endurance. We have sons, daughters, brothers,
sisters to many of the Europa Champion's. These are kept as closely inbred to the top Federation and Combine
winners and only birds on the day.
