Movies are rated on a scale of 0 to 100 by five reviewers.
To qualify for The Top Movies Of The Year lists, a movie must be rated by at least
three of the five movie reviewers.
Ineligible movies are tabulated in a separate table,
so that others may see what they've been missing.
(Or not missing, in the case of some.)
