-The Presiding Prelate-
Bishop T. Lavelle Dantzler, Sr.
The Presiding Prelates' role of the Assembly operate in the apostolic ministry by providing a Godly example, mentorship, training, spiritual and fatherly covering. The Presiding Prelate is recognized as the episcopal head of the Fellowship. The Presiding Prelate provides leadership and vision essential to the growth and expansion of the UFA.
-The Assistant to the Presiding Prelate(s)-
Presiding Elder Lloyd W. Cartwright, Jr.
The Assistant to the Presiding Prelate serves the Assembly as an ethical Leader. He is the Cheif Administrative Assistant to the Presiding Prelate. He shall assist the Presiding Prelate in his official capacity. He performs all duties of the Presiding Prelate during absence or illness of the Presiding Prelate. He has the privilege of traveling throughout the international work at his own discretion.
-The General Secretary-
The General Secretary is responsible for the written communications of the Organization and the General Board. He is also responsible or keeping the Assembly updated and informed, through a support team of workers. The General Secretary serves the General body as an administrator, Overseeing the day to day opperations of the administrative staff.
-The General Treasurer-
The General Treasurer of the organization oversees the day-to-day financial management of the General Treasury under the instruction of the Presiding Prelate. He is responsible for the in-flows and out-flows of the organization and makes annual reports of the Assembly's financial status.

The General Board is the governing body that determines policy and sets direction for the vision of the Assembly. The General Board consists of members who jointly assist the Presiding Prelate in the General Administration, Structuring and maitaining a wholesome ethical approach in the UFA. This Board is composed of Bishops, Presiding Elders and other selected officers appointed by the Presiding Prelate, who Chairs the board. Individual members of the General Board relate to specific regions, making themselves freely available to provide the nurturing care, spiritual direction and exhortation that the local situation demands.
The General Board is not an elected body of men & women. Each member has been carefully chosen by the Presiding Prelate, by reason of his/her qualifications as a functioning Leader within the UFA.
