Loyola Marymount's Grupo Folklorico was established 29 years ago. We have performed time and again, for all kinds of functions and events. The philosophy of the Grupo is "to educate, to spread knowledge of our culture, and instill ethnic pride". Since our first dance in 1971, we have strived to keep the rich and varied traditions and folklore of Mexico as interpreted through dance.
