(*It's not that it's REALLY sold-out, it's just that it looks better than saying "Sorry, Tim's being a primadonna sensitive-artist type and wants to change a few things about this CD so it's ready for mass consumption.")

Tim Kelly is beside himself with the release of his brand new debut cd on HomeGroan Records!!
|
|
|
|
Based in New York, Tim Kelly is best known for his work as a cartoonist. His classic "Zook & Max" and entire cast of characters have delighted fans of many ages for generations. (click here to visit his website.)
For countless years he and I have traded our original comics, audio tapes and videos, and shared life's ups and downs.
This collection represents some of my favorite picks from a recent batch of tapes he sent me, that we like to call "The Breast Implant Tapes". Features lots of short bits, a few long ones, and his karaoke version of the Betaluce Asador Theme.
Special guest appearances by Terry Krey,
Kyle Somebody, Amy Frushour, and featuring Joe Meyer as "Krakhead".
(You can partially blame me for encouraging him as a struggling singer /
songwriter, but he is a very funny guy, as this debut CD will attest.)
This stuff made me laugh - I hope you do too.

T & A:
The VOMITRY Collection
HomeGroan Records will be combing the archives for the myriad volumes of early recordings by the duo who became "FUSTERCLUCK".
Mostly recorded on a cheap $20 mono battery-operated tape recorder, and inspired by their new freedom of moving out of their parents homes, these recordings have withstood the test of time and are guaranteed to amuse, confuse and entertain for hours.
"Volume One: Los Angeles"
contains the very first Vom recordings,, while still living at their parents' houses, as well as tons of crude recordings from the original OEdible Complex in downtown L.A., where the classics "The Nedd", "Life Trilogy" and the original elements from "Betaluce Asador Theme" were first written and recorded. ALSO features recordings of their raw original band, "Art Band", featuring Richard Levesque.
