LOG BOOKS IN RECOVERY
KEEPING PAPER BACK LOG BOOKS IN RECOVERY.
I suggest that every patient keep a log book of their treatment, day by day with names, times and what was said. A second (seperate) log should be kept for dosing and symptoms. When there are no problems there is no need to write in the book unless you just want to keep a record. As soon as anything happens go right back to writing. Just put in the words NO PROBLEMS FOR A WHILE

It is a good thing to have then be in consecutively numbered pages so that you will have some factual proof that the book was not manipulated.

In fact, both for fun and a good proof, I am suggesting that you might use an old paper back or magazine for the fun of it. Just write over the words and pictures. No need to buy a expensive diary. (smile).
