After many court dates the judge in my case told
Child Support Services I was a Victim of Fraud
how ever the judge did not award any money returned.
Taron next court date is in March 28, 2007

Navarro caes ( B155166 ).

The 2nd District Court of Appeal has selected Taron James' paternity fraudcase for "special session" and has specifically requested oral argument.
I'm not sure yet what that means other than that  the court is treating this case as significant and wants to hear oral argument.

The court set oral argument for March 28, 2007 at 1:30 p.m. at USC School of Law in Room 3 of the lower level of the law school.  Note: NOT UCLA, but USC.  People are welcome to show up.  Here are directions to USC:
