Gravestones located at

The Fort Restaurant, Morrison, Colorado

These four gravestones were discovered in the plaza of The Fort Restaurant in Morrison, Colorado. I asked if the bodies were buried there also and was told that they weren't, but that the stones were "dropped off" in the parking lot one day. I find this hard to believe.

Cavalry (note-Colorado State Archives state that he is buried in the Riverside Cemetery in Adams County) He also appears in the Colorado State Archives as a Colorado Volunteer and also appears as a Colorado Volunteer from the 1862 New Mexico Campaign. and he appears on the Civil War Casualties Index.
Granato	Maria	1846-1917	natain Italia (born in Italy)
Soule	Capt. S.S.	.	Military marker Co. D 1st Colorado Cavalry (note-Colorado State Archives state that he is buried in the Riverside Cemetery in Adams County) He also appears in the Colorado State Archives as a Colorado Volunteer and also appears as a Colorado Volunteer from the 1862 New Mexico Campaign. and he appears on the Civil War Casualties Index.
