About EV Overide

EV Overide is the second computer game in ambrosia software's Escape velocity series. It is a very addictive space combat/trading game that is in my opinion, the greatest game ever created. There are over 100 star systems for you to explore, and over 8 different governments ruling a portion of them. But down at the lower west corner of the galaxy war rages on between the human's United Earth Navy, and the sinister alien race: the Voinians. Many people of the UE government are being recruited as star pilots to help the human cause. But instead of being just another UE fighter pilot aiding the war effort, you decide to make your own living. Starting out at your homeworld, Earth you begin your life as a trader.
Since the UE has colonized several star systems you can make some money transporting cargo between systems. Once you earn more credits you can buy a new more combat designed ship, or buy a ship with a larger cargo capacity, or just upgrade your current star ship. You can also disable enemys of the UE such as Voinians, or renegades (pirates) and take there credits, fuel, or even try to capture their ship. Then you can explore different sections of the galaxy and discover new planets and governments. Once you get a high enough combat rating, these governments might ask you to work for them or do them a faver (these missions are usually worth more money). Here is a list of the Governments (Note:The UE is the only human government): United Earth, Voinian, Miranda, Renegade, Azdgari,
Zidigar, Council, Igazdra, And there's one other I can't quite remember. All I'm saying is that this is a great game and you shoudn't deprive yourself of it's genius plot and extraordinary gameplay. Go to the link below to buy it or download it
