Virginia's indelible mark on handweaving is evidenced in her 4 books and in her teaching career. As an instructor at nine international convergences and in workshops in 45 states, Australia, New Zealand and all provinces of Canada, her dynamic teaching in language everyone can understand, inspires her students.
Her distinctive style infuses her innovative designs for handwoven clothing, resulting in two books, "Designer Diagonals" and "A Cut Above", which together contain over 40 couturier designs complete with diagrams and instructions.
"Finishing Touches for the Handweaver", a classic best seller dealing with fringes, hemstitching and finishing techniques, has been reprinted and is now available through Virginia and your local weaving shop.
A few copies remain of her limited edition "Swatch Book", an elegant collector's item, which includes 20 generous handwoven swatches of stunning designer fabrics.
