Panic & Anxiety Disorder Support
ARANEUM NOSTRUM
Araneum Nostrum, or AN, is a self-help support group for Panic and Anxiety Disorders.  We meet online in a chat format to discuss our disorders, offer support, and share coping techiniques. We meet informally to chat, and also have several formal meetings a month where certain topics dealing with anxiety are discussed.

If you live with these disorders, whether you are the one suffering or are a support person for a loved one who is suffering, you have come to the right place to find others who know and understand what you are going through.  we hope you will join us and learn that you CAN recover and lead a normal life.

Winzip self-extractor should come up and it should say "unzip to C:\Gmud" .  Click "unzip". It should say "6 files successfully unzipped" Click OK and then Close.

Now you need to locate the GMud program file, GMud32.exe and start it.  Click on START, then the SEARCH or  FIND FILES OR FOLDERS tab.  Type in the name GMUD in the pop up box.  Look for the application file GMUD32 with the colored blue and red icon.  Right click on this and select "Create shortcut".

This will put an icon on your desktop so you can find the program.  Now go to your desktop and double click on the icon and the gmud will open.
