Why are Dave and Joyce claiming copyright to stop the free flow of information that exposes them, even threatening Fred Ehrlich in order to stop the distribution of "The Truth About Joyce Riley and the two tape set by Kawaja and Riley, when they are the ones illegally copying information and then selling it, but nobody seems to stop them?  See link of Dave's pirating of  professional artist's work and then selling it.

Dave vonKleist's Illuminati roots.  Why have Dave and Joyce kept this from you all these years, even with Dave using a fake name "Dave Riddell" until they were finally exposed for being phonies?  But it is worse than being a phony folks.  See the shell game described below. "The Truth About Joyce Riley," and the two part 1995 tape with Joyce  Riley and Peter Kawaja, where Riley acknowledged that she saw Kawaja's evidence and that he was the key to the entire Gulf War story, has been threatened for years to stop putting out these tapes.  Well, as of last week, Ehrlich was threatened that he would be tied up in litigation for years if he didn't stop putting out tapes.  He has stopped after 13 years.  Who do you think didn't want these tapes out there for you to hear (THE "TRUTH ABOUT JOYCE RILEY")?  8-28-05

On a personal note:  Please see Kennedy's Notice of Kennedy's intent to sue if Riley and vonKleist and their co-conspirators do not stop the secret slander, return her items, and make her whole for all the nonsense they have caused her personally, involving filing false reports, secret-slander, etc., in an attempt to stop her from exposing these two traitors.  Please note that none of this, involving Kennedy's  personal action agasint the Riley's will affect or involve Kennedy's public exposure of these two for their continuous crimes against America. 1-20-05 update.

 Ask Why?  Ask why is it that only now that we are proving that Riley was never in the Gulf War AT ALL (not in any capacity--not in the gulf, and not supporting the gulf war either), are Riley and vonKleist claiming that all Riley's alleged military records may be missing so that even if we get documents with her name on them showing Riley was not in the Gulf or flying in support of the gulf, they can say . . .ahhhh. . . . someone hid the real records.  This is too much!    And when we started proving that Riley never testified before Congress (Never), she and her friend of the Nazi's husband state that it was an advisory board (where anyone could testify), and that the story she tells is not documented in the record because the DoD did not want what she and Dave said in the record (where she previously admitted she said nothing damaging, anyway so why did the DoD have to take it out?  And this was allegedly the only thing left out of the transcript).  Can you see this is just more cover up for them being caugh in lie after lie, trying to bolster their phony story that is unraveling?  THEY ARE THE THIRD RANK!

Why did Joyce Riley buy "www.peterkawaja.com" on June 25, 2004?  What honest reason could there be?  (look at www.lookup.ws and put in "www.peterkawaja.com" and search.   You will see Riley has purchased his name).  12-13-04  . . . 5-16-05. . .This has since been made a private search (8-2006). Shortly thereafter, phony surgeon who isn't and never was, Rebecca Carley, infiltrated Kawaja's camp and the alleged "Kawaja" is suddenly parroting Riley's phony message after 15 YEARS of telling us that Riley was telling a different story and concealing the real evidence.  You will see from "THE TRUTH ABOUT JOYCE RILEY", By PETER KAWAJA, that he was dedicating his entire life to exposing Joyce Riley as a phony CIA/Mossad operative as she hi-jacked the real story of the Gulf War, which he witnessed, and as she  is putting out a phony cover up story.  He also made a 24 hour video, which he then reduced to 12 hours, which was called "The Conspiracy to Conceal" his evidence which foccused on Joyce Riley also and her continued cover up of the real information.  So why now, after the Carley infiltration is someone calliing himself "Kawaja," who is now under Carley's "control" contradicting everything he said and did all those years, in order to help Riley get off the hook and to promote her phony version through Carley, when  he had spent his last years exposing all this as false--showing mounds of evidence, with much more now sealed as "National Security" by the Govt?  Why were there no more live appearances where you could actually see Kawaja while you were talking with him so we would actually know that we were at least  talking to someon who looked like the the real guy?

PREDICTION #1:  After 8-9 years of Hanoi Joyce creating diversion, division, attacking messengers (see below), etc., who ask her the deadly questions, , might she finally produce "WET INKED" documents (that never appeared in any of her lectures, interestingly), to attempt to try to "merge all her various claims, and inconsistent stories she has repeatedly been caught in, together as one humongous story?  Watch for the smugges folks--b/c the ink will definitely be wet!  :-)   On the 7th day of July, 2004, I made this prediction on the Amcanscam board and on Precious Time Radio.  Let's watch and see since she went on a sudden, unannounced vacation this week after getting thoroughly exposed for the liar and traitor she is (week of 7-4-04).  RESULT:   This has occurred as Riley and vonKleist have merged several stories together to make one big sotry instead of these contradictory stories.

 Joyce Riley is asking for peoples' votes as a candidate for public office.  She, then like Bush and Kerry, is obigated to answer questions that will confirm or deny her character, integrity, claims, etc.  Seems reasonable doesn't it?  When running for public office, the burden of proof is on the candidate asking for votes is it not?

But, when posed with staight forward questions (names, dates, places, times, yes/no) that Dave and Joyce have repeatedly proven they  cannot answer (because the answers show they have been lying to us according to Dave Riley), Dave and Joyce use the same secret slander they always use when someone asks them the questions they can't answer, to make it appear that they are taking the "high road" and just being silent, denying their collusion with the others they have called on to run damage control for them).  As you can see here , JOYCE AND DAVE are the ones behind the slander that is being spread against anyone who brings up the questions that will show everyon they have lied about who they really are (see the email just posted that Dave vonKleist  sent out AT JOYCE'S REQUEST CALLING OUT THE HOUNDS-to demonize those of us who have figured out who these two really are, and as we ask easy questions that they still cannot answer without telling on themselves.   One of their hounds is exposed not just once, but twice. for attempting to demonize the messenger at his bosses request.  Seems this is not anything new for William.  What some people will do for a buck folks--or is it even worse than this?    My Rumor Mill Response to Hanoi Joyce's repeated attempts to not have to answer questions.    

For those who are taking part in this damage control, who are merely deceived and not the  controlled opposition, think about it--if all this rukus is causing all kinds of problems to Joyce and Dave (according to the email above), to  the point that they call out the hounds to avoid answering the questions, but they could clear this thing up by merely answering them instead, would not Dave and Joyce have just answered the questions a long time ago (these issues have been festering for years), instead of doing all this damage control--wouldn't that make sense if their complete answers verified their claims?  They are the ones asking for votes--they have the burden of proving that they are who they say they are.  So who is causing division?  Those asking the questions, or those who have the burden of proof who must now stand on the claims they have made for so many years, and could easily clear this up by completely answering the questions?  

You will see, if you are really willing to look at this objectively,  that these are not just lies--you have to understand why these lies have changed the course of history in order to understand why so many of us are risking so much, and putting up wiht all the attacks,  in order for this to come out into the open--and why Dave and Joyce have to go to such extreme measures (even creating disharmony because they won't answer the questions--b/c they can't) to keep us demonized and quiet.  Questions are neutral--the answers are the problem--if someone is lying.    

Here is a prior example of this same "Calling out hte Hounds" strategy being employed by Dave and Joyce as they were being asked the same questions years ago -- using others to demonize, harass, and slander the messengers who were trying to get to the bottom of things.  Many of those damage controllers, who were just naive and not the opposition, figured out how Dave and Joyce operated and how Dave and Joyce use and exploit those willing  to run cover for Joyce and Dave--but these naive souls finally did  learn --because they reallly wanted to know--that  Joyce and Dave were unable to answer the questions.  Dannie Wolfe, a GW veteran, was one of these people who subsequently, publically apologized to Peter Kawaja for spreading the lies Joyce Riley had secretly fed to him, which he found out were not true.  Joyce Riley had told Wolfe these lies to secretly discredit Kawaja and Kawaja's eye witness account of the real events of the Gulf War One and his account of who the real culprits were.    Keeping The Kawaja covered up  is what Joyce Riley is paid to do and this is what she covered up for the last 8 or so years.  It is finally starting to come out into the open thanks to Jackie Patru, Peter Kawaja, and others.  
  
After reading these examples, then look at what the Militia of Montana (a former damage controller of Joyce and Dave--see where Abbie explains who is Joyce's helpers are) says about Dave and Joyce now.  (Much more in Hanoi Joyce video--see below).  See, also what the main exposer of the WACO cover-up, Linda Thompson said about Hanoi Joyce before Thompson and her child  were "taken out."

When Joyce and Dave could not threaten enough people, imprison enough people, intimidate enough people, etc. in order to stop this truth from coming forth, they threatened WWCR (short wave), and then threw them enough money in order to get on the station, so that Jackie could no longer speak the truth about Hanoi Joyce and Dave Riley.  Interestingly, the time slot that Joyce and Dave received, again punished the other truth teller, Jeff Bennett who stated that Joyce admitted to knowing that there was a cure for the Gulf War Illness, but that she said it was "highly classified."  (How would she know that people, unless she were on the inside).  So both Jeff and Jackie get punished for telling the truth, by Joyce, Dave and their bosses.  Ask yourselves, who can afford all this extra shortwave time, and who has enough power to get entire networks to follow their orders?  (See below for much more).

See that this is an old tactic of Hanoi Joyce and Dave Riley.  See what happened to another broadcaster that challenged Joyce or her bosses.

On 4/20/04, and as more damage control, Joyce and Dave reported Kennedy on bogus charges, trying to get her arrested.  This was after they unsuccessfully tried to have Kennedy arrested on their property and when that did not work, they tried to trap Kennedy on their property by closing the electric gate so she could not leave.  Why?  Because Kennedy saw too much and was beginning to figure them out.

Dave and Joyce, please let me know if any of this on this site is not accurate as I am truly interested in the truth only.  You must, however support your claim if you want anything changed.  Let me know (and of course this goes for  anyone else also).  I am frequently updating as more information is coming in, however, what I am claiming I saw personally, has not been changed.  That is what happened. To show you how disloyal and desperate Joyce and Dave really are, in an attempt to stop these truths from coming out, they have filed a bar complaint against ***** ******* for their phony claim of unauthorized pracitce of law FOR KENNEDY HELPING THEM (how is that for loyalty friends) and even though what little legal work she may have done, if any, it does not qualify under Missouri law as practicing without a license nor do they have jurisdiction, if that even matters.   Joyce and Dave urgently ran to their Government friends, and on April 20, 2004, the morning after Jackie Patru started playing her evening broadcast of Kennedy's taped interviews, exposing them, Dave and Joyce filed their bar complaint against Kennedy.   This is the definition of "snitch" folks.  Anyone still not see it?  Read on.  

Furthermore, Dave and Joyce also filed a police report (after the fact) on Kennedy in further attempts to stop Kennedy from exposing them.  


Have you seen the many emails about Joyce and Dave's prior claims against Kennedy claiming she allegedly stole their RV-What happened to that big lie Joyce and Dave?  Why is one of your damage controllers who was spreading this lie for you, now going around to the same people and threatening to sue them if they say he told them this?  Was this lie even too ridiculous for you to sustain since your RV is parked right by your warehouse and has been there since b4 I left?  Do these threats to sue scar tactics appear in the "disinformation specialists handbook" or something since you all seem to be working off the same deceptive script?  

The emails about the RV are already flying out there Dave and Joyce (and I have not posted the best emails folks).  If you do not immediately withdraw this latest claim of theft of whatever it is you are claiming, even with these crooked courts who will favor their own, know you are proving you are criminally filing false claims in order to attempt to stop being exposed for the controlled opposition you are.  Many people are watching this drama unfold and they see now who you two are.  And when your handlers continue to protect you, this will just tell more of the real truth-seekers who you two are.   So fire away!

And have you noticed everyone that Joyce and Dave won't just file a suit against me or Kawaja, but instead they try these one-sided attacks where they don't have to answer to anything, but Kennedy has to face Joyce and Dave's government friends through their Government charges with the bar and Police State force being their hammer to stop the truth from coming out?  So read on as it should be clear that I am over the target!

And on Thursday, May 13, 2004, I was notified by someone with a consceince that Dave and Joyce were doing the bait and switch again, trying to set me up for a felony.  And on Friday, May 14, 2004, I was told that they were secretly slandering me again, this time to my distributors saying that I stole $40,000 worth of products--and I would suppose that since I would have needed another truck to get them out, perhaps I just put them in the RV I allegedly stole, and rode the u-haul, with trailer, and the RV out together, like a circus act, riding two horses at the same time.  I hope these tall tales are showing you truth seekers exactly how Hanoi Joyce and Dave have re-written the entire Gulf War Illness story, while demonizing the only person who could actually tell you the truth, as he eye-witnessed the events.  The new rendition that these two traitors are telling you is taking us exactly where the crooks need us to go--it is sanitized by the Rockerfellers and their friends, and protects the very perps who Joyce and Dave claim they are attacking.  Read on.

But, too bad to those who need this truth about the Gulf War Illness buried; I  don't care what happens to me--It is well worth the sacrifice to expose these two traitors who have America's blood on their hands.

As Kennedy frequently says, no matter what happens to her, keep asking the question:  If Dave and Joyce have nothing to hide, then why won't they just answer the many questions about their wrongdoings?   Why instead do Joyce and Dave have to threaten people, get them imprisoned under false charges, get them fired from other networks, why are people also either "missing," physically brutalized, or dead?

See First Page where Joyce wants to tell the bar more "sensitive information."  Also, notice that she does not want anyone at the warehouse to find out about this (573 378-6049), but instead she wants the call to secretly come to her private residence so nobody will know. (573 378-6881).  This is how disinfo specialists work--in secret!  Complaint at #10.  
                
My response along with my meritorious counter claims and complaints, that I am forced to make will be coming soon (#10).  These complaints and claims I am going to file are all true, but I would have been perfectly satisfied to just expose these two for hurting the vets and America--as they have blood on their hands and are doing everything they can to stop those who are speaking out agasint .

Why are those who try to warn others about Dave and Joyce then labelled by them  as provacateurs, as they attack the messenger, while they dance around the many questions being asked about their wrongdoing; as they refuse to adddress the message?    Why are those who oppose them including veterans, getting threatened, getting beat up, having their kids abused after threats that they need to stop exposing Joyce and Dave or their children would be abused, getting fired from their radio positions on other networks that have nothing to do with Dave or Joyce (or do they)?  After you read this site, I believe you will see who Dave and Joyce really are.  They are not just greedy people. . . but you just see for yourself.  You will see ladies and gentlemen:  We have been infiltrated!  

  
 DAVE AND JOYCE'S PUBLIC LIES EXPOSED:

J-D PUBLIC LIE  #1:  Anyone believing Dave and Joyce's claim that I am lying about them, and as proof they claim that they are really broke (so my claim that they are making millions is a lie, therefore this allegedly proves that I am a liar), check out their own financial  filing to the State of Missouri in January 2004 recorded by The US Business Directory.  

As to their financial status, I said they were making $120,000-$150,000 per month (see#1 below)-you do the math and decide who is telling the truth.  

(Ok, all you Riley-Recruits helping with Joyce and Dave's damage control on the air, now you are presented with an obvious "inconsistency" in the story you are being told by Joyce and Dave.  You have gone around slandering me to others based on their claim that I am lying because they have told you that they are broke and you believed their lie.   Now that you have seen that they are willing to lie to you and slander an innocent person who knows too much, are you still going to continue to do damage control for them anyway?  If so, WHY?  

J-D PUBLIC LIE #2:  The REAL Bob Jones Story.   This is one that will show you how Joyce and Dave intentional play with the time line in order to cover for their lies and deceive good hearted people.  Their willingness to do this at the expense of Veterans, is exemplified by how they hi-jacked the entire Gulf War Illness story to protect the government.

How many of you even know who Peter Kawaja is or why the Kawaja -Riley Connection is so important to understanding what Riley and vonKleist are really doing to us?  Kawaja is the one who, in the late 1980's and early 1990's caught the government red-handed in testing the bacteria/chem//viruses on our own vets' gas masks b4 sending our men and women into harms way, with the government knowing the masks would not protect our troops  (there is more)?  Why won't Joyce and Dave tell you this even though they have prior knowledge of it (see elsewhere on this site)?  Who does this ommission in their story protect?  Why has Joyce totally hi-jacekd this story into a government issued Reigal Report, and government issued Dr. Nicholson analysis, which says Saddam did it?  You will see as you read through this site, that Saddam is nothing more than a government patsy; a "Lee Harvey Oswald."  Saddam used the weapons we sold them with us knowing in advance that our gear would not protect the troops from what we knew Saddam would use.  It was the U.S. Government who did it friends.  Why is much of Peter Kawaja's evidence sealed after an FBI raid (The fed's could not get it all, even after they threatened him, killed his wife, burned his house to the ground, etc.), but Joyce is not only freely speaking on that "bad Saddam story," but she is the "sole spokesperson" for the vets and is free from any real threats, and can make millions without risk of retaliation?  Ask yourself, who has the real message here, Kawaja or Riley?  And why is Riley's message protecting the government from the exposure of their atrocites against the people of America, while
