SUBJECT:  DERRICK TICE TRIAL

Dear Elected Servants:

      As you may be aware, the second trial of Derrick Tice occurred this past week, with the same ridiculous result, before the same corrupt judge who is known to protect the Norfolk Police and has been accused of splitting bail bondsmen money with the bondsmen, Commonwealth Attorneys, Clerk Teich, and some Norfolk Police (just to name a few).  These Norfolk judges are known to be a corrupt bunch even having secret oral contracts with agents for profit.  Judge Morrison has even been caught on tape stating  that if the public were aware of what these Norfolk judges were doing, they'd think we judges were "the Chicago Mafia."  

      Well, the "Chicago Mafia" through mobster Judge Poston struck again this week.  And this assembly has already been put on notice that Judge Poston has been involved in protecting corrupt Norfolk Police, like Bostjancic, who in spite of numerous suspensions, is not only still on staff, but is now additionally on Mayor Framm's payroll as one of his personal attendees.  Why does Mayor Framm have to hire someone who has to have two boxes of his files sealed for police brutality, dishonesty, etc.  But, most interesting, is that the attorney who tried to expose these shenanigans is now heading for disbarment by the Virginia State Bar who has been caught repeatedly targeting attorneys who speak out against this corrupted system, has been caught rewriting the testimony and altering the transcripts of a case, and hires prosecutors who have committed state and federal criminal acts, but the bar refuses to investigate them, in spite of hundreds of complaints against the prosecutor.  

      And then there is Officer Ford who testified in the Tice matter.  Although he has been found to have coerced testimony in the past, and a witness was present who would have testified to this, Judge Poston again protected the police misconduct at the expense of an innocent man.   

      Knowing Judge Poston and his Virginia Stae Bar connected wife, whose firm regularly changes doctor's reports and hires fake witnesses, and having helped lead a group last year who opposed Poston's reappointment, I found that judicial complaints filed against him were either ignored, or representative Thelma Drake and others stated that nobody complained,  or she said, "what complaints?" etc.  Then the General Assembly reappointed Judge Poston without any descent, in spite of this judges alleged criminal acts.  This judge now tries to save face again, so he can show he did not imprison and innocent man for 9 years of the young man's life, by limiting the evidence and limiting the jury instructions, while protecting the crooked police officer just as he has Bostjancic.  

      One piece of evidence is the actual confession of another man who stated he did the murder alone and whose DNA is the only DNA which matches the DNA at the crime scene.  But, Poston would not admit the evidence, and from those of us who know the games being played by the "Chicago Mafia" Judges, this was a very convenient, staged part of the trial.  Have we all gone mad?  Is this really a day when we call good evil and evil good.  It sure looks like it.  

      And as you all know, your prison industry, through the Virginia Correctional Enterprises is flourishing too, as it makes millions for the state through its slave labor camps and gouging of families by accepting 40% kickbacks on telephone calls.  And since each state agency is obligated to buy from VCE, ten dollar pairs of scissors that costs $3.00 at an office supply shop, you can continue to fleece the public of funds.  And now, you have another involuntary servant, Tice who can be re-added again to the roles, as another permanent employee into this slave labor camp from which many of you benefit.  Do you realize how many of the citizens who voted against your tax hike, (showing how little faith they have in you and the system), call Virginia, "the plantation?"  This is the legacy of a state where officials refuse to hold other officials accountable, and all equally suck from the public trough.  

      For the few of you with any character, I ask you:  How long?  How long will this continue?  How long will innocent people be imprisoned or convicted on ridiculous charges before Kangaroo courts in Virginia.  One would think putting to death a retarded man, and then refusing to test the DNA, is enough to shake some sense into some of you with a conscience, that something is very wrong in our judicial system (see Coleman case).  

      On or about January 20, 2003, I spoke before the Judicial Selection Committee and put all of you there on notice that these disgusting schemes were going on under their noses.  I even took attendance so that nobody could say they did not know.  And I don't speak from the hip as many of us out here trying to protect the public in spite of what you, have proof, which is being ignored and silenced by the court brotherhood.  But, you are all on notice, and those of you who refuse to look into these matters will be responding to questions from the public when it is time for you to renew your jobs.  My radio show has been blasting information on the corrupt activities of this state, and until corrections are made, I will continue to do so, as will others.  

      Interestingly, on January 22, 2003, the Democrats claimed that Judge Askew received a lynching that would have never happened in a court of law.  Well, you are wrong, as what you saw then is what is happening every day to innocent people in our Virginia court system.  And as I told you that Monday a couple of weeks ago, these are the people that then get the unpublished opinions, from judges like Annuniziata, who you reappointed in spite of her opposition (And after being reappointed, Annuniziata told me that judicial corruption is not her problem, which again highlights why Tice and others like him will never receive justice in these crooked courts as long as you refuse to stop this madness).  

      In summary then, I have never personally met Derrick Tice or his family, but I have watched his case with great interest, because I know how the inside works, I saw it as an attorney, and I knew that if Poston had a way to save face, he would do it--and much to my sadness, I was right.  And yes, in Poston's arrogant wake, another family that your appointed "Chicago Mafia" has ruined.  Again, I ask you; how long?  This case must be looked into by this body of representatives and this governor and justice demands Tice's freedom.
