This is my letter faxed to Hanoi and Dave on 1-14-05. 
I also sent out emails to some of those who will be included in this suit. 
This letter and the email was also sent to several others including, but not limited to, Butch Paugh, who helped spread the secret slander, Marie Gunther who helped spread the secret slander, and William Lewis who helped spread the secret slander.  The latter two also helped in the public smear campaign.  There were also others who received a copy and some who will be involved who did not get a copy as of yet.  Unfortunately, b/c Hanoi Joyce even includes her elderly parents, David and Naomi Thompson, in her schemes, they will also spend their last days defending themselves in a court of law due to this conspiracy.  How is that for "Heartless Hanoi Joyce" folks?  (see the phony bar complaint where Hanoi includes her parents in her crimes to try to "create" a new and approved history at: http://hometown.aol.com/wbflegal/Complaintfaxcoverpage14.html (notice the secretive nature of hanoi's claims so I can't defend myself.   The rest of it can be found at:

IF THIS MATTER IS NOT RESOLVED QUICKLY.

Forgery, false reports, etc (Too numerous to mention all the schemes and scams here), by the Riley's and their "friends," networks, agents and representatives, companies, agencies, etc.

I am not sure if you are still represented by one of your many lawyers, but I can only assume you are as you are known now as "professional plaintiffs."  I am sending this correspondence to you, but have also sent this letter to several other agencies and associates to keep you honest, so that you don't get any more funny ideas about changing what I have said, and making this into a blackmailing letter or whatever your latest outrageous act might be this time.  Like anyone trained in the law would really ever put something like that in writing).  I have called to let TPH personnel know the document is in the fax machine.

Please let it be known that I have thoroughly researched the law, and am prepared and ready to file suit against you and your agents and representatives for numerous dishonest and criminal acts perpetrated against me, which remain within the statute of limitations, and are well documented. 

If I do not hear from you or your legal representatives by January 31, 2005, in writing, that you desire an out-of-court resolution on these intentional bad acts, along with a reasonable settlement offer of same, then this suit will go forward, without any further discussions of settlement, and if the courts do not protect you, the claims on their face will pass muster and lead to open discovery where I will prove everything that still remains unproved.

As you know, although I have better things to do with my time, I also, very much look forward to an opportunity for open discovery in this particular case, even though by now I am sure the wet-ink documents are numerous, but seeing that you have refused to allow for a deposition of yourself in spite of your open claims on Jackie Patru's radio show, where you invite anyone of us to depose you, and even offer a cash amount for anyone who can show you to be a liar and a cheater, well, I guess this court action will have to suffice, in addition to proving that you have violated my rights, and intentionally dishonored my name as the suit will clearly show.  And as you also know, I have already

exposed you for being a liar and a cheater, without the advantage of the court process, but would like the opportunity to document your crimes against me and others under oath any time, if that is where this leads, even though I already have done enough for most people
to see and understand what you are up to.

The remedies I am interested in include, but are not limited to: The return of my property that you have kept and perhaps are using unlawfully (discovery will prove this
out) at your expense and in the same excellent condition which I brought them to Versailles, in good faith, for your use; that you both commit to ceasing and desisting from any further acts of defamation on your part or on the part of those you send out to do your dirty work; and in addition, that you will retract and correct the many purposely misstated and derogatory comments, especially, but not limited to the "secret slander" you and your agents have employed against me, which there are numerous witnesses to same; that you retract the phony bar complaint where you have purposely misstated the facts in order to gain an advantage in your attempt to keep me quiet; that you retract the phony claims to the police you have made for the same purpose, to include any and all other agencies you have attempted this with; that you cease and desist from any further phony claims you have made to business associates and other personnel in attempts to interfere with my business with same; that you admit and apologize for giving me medicine without my approval, knowledge or consent, etc., which is against the law in Missouri; return to me the $600.00  I donated to Gulf War Veterans, that I now know and can prove that you have misled me and others into donating under to your organization that does not exist, under false pretenses while using the U.S. Mail, and which monies go into your pockets instead (in spite of your after the fact, wet inked document creations I am sure you have there by now);  that you and your friends and agents retract any postings under yours or other names, which included claims that the Power Hour was sponsoring same, which purposely defamed me, including your creation phony tapes of my voice and pictures, which could clearly be heard and seen by others to be phony; that you retract the changes made to my website that you have downloaded and have shown to others in an attempt to make them think I am saying things I am not saying;  cease the tape recording and attempts at entrapment of others in an attempt to cut and paste their voices into saying things about me that they are not saying; that you reimburse me amounts that misled me into giving my car away; along with other further concessions, stipulations and remedies, which will attempt to make me whole after such outrageous acts on your part.  I have not listed all claims and crimes here, but in the interest of resolving this matter, I think I have listed enough.  You all know what you have been up to, and I don't need to list all the claims and crimes you have perpetrated against me in this document as they really are too numerous to list for purposes of this attempt at resolution.

Be assured that this correspondence has nothing to do with what I will or will not say on the air, as that is not negotiable, and as you should have known when you tried

these antics on me initially, I would not cower to them.  However, also be assured that I
will continue to only state what I believe to be true, and if there is anything I am saying that is not true, I would again ask that you point that out to me and that you provide proof that I am in error, and I will correct any such statements, as the truth does not need lies to

bolster it.   As you recall, I not only asked this of you before, repeatedly, but I even invited you both on my broadcast, which you refused repeatedly even though you repeatedly lied, including the intercepted email that is posted on my site, where you claim that you were not being invited on air by any of us who are exposing the real crimes of the First Gulf War, in spite of the continued and repeated invitations. 

Lastly, since you two have a practice of rewriting history, including creating the "wet-ink docs," I am also sending this to other individuals and agencies, to at least
attempt to keep you honest.  And by the way, this is called a settlement demand and not a black mail letter like what you tried the last time, when you even asked me for an offer.  And be assured, that this will be my ONLY effort to resolve this matter without first

going through the entire discovery process, no matter what crimes you may charge me with in retaliation or any other scheming you may create.  It is in your court now and you have until January 31, 2005, (Sent to this office:  416 London Street, Portsmouth, VA  23704, but cannot be by Cert mail because there is nobody there authorized to pick it up),
which means I need to hear something that is measurable and viable by then by regular mail, or any attempt at resolving these matters without court action has ended whether by claim or counterclaim, and even if you have a sudden change of heart.  So ignore this if you'd like, but it is not going away.

Dear Genesis:  I am all for freedom to tell the truth, even if damaging to others, like what some of us have done with the Gulf War story (the real one), and I have even invited Dave and Joyce on the air to clear up anything that is being said erroneously, and they have refused for obvious reasons in spite of their claims that we (those exposing these two) will not let them come on the air and explain, but I will not sit back and let Hanoi Joyce and Dave Riley and their "friends" on your network and those related and in association with the power hour to purposely and intentionally with malice, slander me.  This has occurred repeatedly.  Please see attached as my intent to sue if this matter is not resolved quickly.  The brunt of the problem is with Dave and Joyce, but anyone who has aided and abetted their bad acts will be included in this matter if it is not resolved quickly.  I have given the Power Hour a deadline of January 31, 2005, to remedy this situation reasonably and in good faith for a change.  I have requested that any correspondence be by regular U.S. mail as the means of communication as provided for in this attachment.  If they do not resolve this matter quickly, please put me in contact with your lawyers if you would like for me to work with them instead.
