cherry-picks Judges and Panels
to get predetermined results PROVEN by the case of the bar v. Linda Kennedy.

Paul Georgiadis, James McCauley, Barbara Williams, Thomas
Edmonds conspired to stop Kennedy from telling the public their
dirty little secrets.  Obviously, the bar likes keeping things private,
claimining it is to protect attorneys, but honest lawyers. . . once
you see who the bar really is, I guarentee you that any honest
lawyer would prefer everything to be as public as possible.  Here I
 am trying to get my trial publically held, filmed, and taped.  Here is
 hand picked Judge Tyler and his comrades denying my right to  
even have it officially taped by the court reporter unless the bar
allowed for it.

Seeing how transcripts are re-written in Virginia courts to favor
the deep pocket or state (I had personally witnessed this and
even gave affidavits to others who had this happen to them), I
tried everything I could, including filling the courtroom with
courtwatchers to take notes of the proceedings.

Sure enough, the transcripts had changed in very significant
ways. . . one major time was when James McCauley stated under
oath that he did not give me specific instrustions on when and
how to disburse funds.  Little did McCauley know that I had taped
the telephone conversation.  When I directly examed him, and
even though the judges would not let me treat the bar's head of
ethics as a hostile witness, I pulled out a tape recording of the
conversation between he and I which was in question.  The
judges would not let me play the conversation, even though
legally taped, since Jim McCauley (the head of Ethics for the VSB
just perjured himself), but McCauley crumbled and admitted that
he did indeed give me the exact instructions that the bar was now
prosecuting me for.  By time Paul Georgiadis got back up to
crossed, Georgiadis made up an entirely different story than what
McCauley already said under oath.  No matter what Georgiadis  
said, McCauley just said "yes" as the Orwellian re-write of the
story continued.  Long story short. . . three different versions of
the same story were told by McCauley as he initially lied to me on
direct, then I caught him with the tape and he agreed to having
given me the exact direction I followed, then on cross, he gave a
third story, just saying yes to whatever Georgiadis said.

Here is the actual tape recording of my Oral Argument before the
Virgininia Supreme Court telling the abbreviated version of this
story (the Supremes cut out one portion, but over all, this is what
was said minus the section cut out)


     VIRGINIA STATE BAR:   Paul Georgiadis, James McCauley,
                                     Barbara Williams, Thomas Edmonds.
   
               "VIRGINIA STATE BAR GATE":  Paul Geogiadis,
                James McCauley, accused of changing
                transcripts after McCauley alleged to have
                perjured himself mulitple times.  McCauley
                is the HEAD OF the ETHICS DEPARTMENT  
                AT THE VSB.  Aren't you feeling safe now
                that they are protecting the public?

               Georgiadis also accused of faking own sons
               adoption and entering phony docs into court
               and allegedly smuggling wanted father back
               U.S. by padding INS file. Bar won't investigate

                Bar also accused of selective prosecution and
                allegedly do not investigate claims against
                connected white male attorneys.  Umm--
                Good 'ol boy Club in VA?

                 Why does the bar, an agency of the Supreme  
                 Court receive gifts from attorneys who they are
                 supposed to discipline in a fair and unbiased
                 manner??? I feel so safe knowing that the VSB
                 is protecting the public! (please add levity).
      
      Agents:  Ronald Graham and Associates transcription
company in Virginia Beach, alleged to have changed the
assistance. Ronald Graham refuses to return letters asking
that tapes and other memorializations be preserved.  When
Tyler was presented with motion on issue, and opportunity to
correct, he corrected litigant's grammar instead and called
changed transcripts "impertinent."  Kennedy has submitted
some of the documents found in abandoned trash of alleged  
perpetrators as evidence of changed transcripts.  Court Watcher  
secretly taped hearing and IT DOES NOT MATCH!!!! See

U.S. SUPREME CT., AND VIRGINIA  SUPREME CT., SAY IT IS  PERMISSIBLE FOR  THE VIRGINIA STATE BAR AND JUDGES TO ALTER  TRANSCRIPTS, TRUMP UP CHARGES, PROSECUTE WITHOUT  SUBJECT MATTER JURISDICTION, TO TARGET  SOMEONE WHO HAS  A "PATTERN OF BAD  THINKING THAT THEY ARE CORRUPT," THAT IT IS ACCEPTABLE FOR THE HEAD OF THE ETHICS DEPT AT THE VSB TO COMMIT PERJURY (HE GOT CAUGHT), AND THE SUPREMES SAY THAT THERE IS NO FIRST AMENDMENT AS YOU CAN BE PROSECUTED NOT ONLY FOR SPEECH, BUT FOR THINKING.  CLICK HERE
