The purpose of this portion of the WBF Legal Site is not to go on a witch hunt.  It is understood that some people are just mean spirited and will report anyone for anything no matter what the actual performance.  However, until the citizens of America get accountability over the complaint process, and receive an open system, we must open the system ourselves as much as possible.   I am not authorized to share everything I know as some people, including citizens, lawyers, bar personnel, legislators, and even some good judges, have talked to me in confidence.  Until I get clearance, I cannot freely share this information.

JUDGE ROBERT E. PAYNE-Read one of the many judicial complaints against him

CHARLES C. POSTON, Norfolk Circuit Court.  Notoroius for doing favors for  
friends and holding grudges against enemies.  He is infamous most recently for his "face saving" hatchet job of Derrick Tice.  But, he is also known on a secret tape recording of Judge Morrison as one of the "Chicago Mafia."  Poston protects crooked cops at the expense of innocent people and has an alleged history of splitting bail money with the bondsmen, etc.  Of course his wife is very connected with the Virignia State Bar.  Why do the Delegates reappoint him even after they were repeatedly informed that he was not fit to serve (they received about 50 memo's and complaints)

Mike Leban---incompetent, a joke, won't work but sure knows how to bill and lie.  Same for his partner Peter Imbrogno.  Ask yourself how it is that they get so much of hte court's collection business. . . ummmmmm

Linda Cupit.. . JUST RUN!  Unless you have counseling experience and a lot of time.  

Thomas Lucas. . . snake in the grass.  Don't do anything unless it is in writing and watch out while he is busy trying to blackmail you or whatever agency he is dealing with (oh, yes, Tom. . .you may have memory lapse, but I have it in writing).  The bar can protect you but apparently even with all that back up, you can't keep a job, once your client's figure out what you are all about.

If Virginia is not making any money off their prisoners, then why do Virginia State Agencies have to purchase all their equipment from a prisoner catalog at exagerated prices?  Slave Labor-"VIRGINIA CORRECTIONAL ENTERPRISES"
Of the $78 million in income, $56.7 million was used for inmate expenses.  Theother $21.3 million went to the state's general fund. "There is no profit here, per se," said Dick Hickman, a member of the Senate finance committee staff.

And before you get all excited about being granted a rehearing, or a chance to have DNA tested to prove your innocence. . . remember that the same crooks who screwed ya, are the ones overseeing the test results and the evidence.
