White Birch Lodge is a family run business located on an unpaved road in a small farming community.  There is neither "glitter" nor neon lights.  We offer rustic lakeside cabins, pure water, peace and quiet.  People seeking to enjoy nature at its best have enjoyed their time here.  If you are looking for accommodations that are clean, comfortable and relaxing, we invite you to stay at White Birch Lodge.

ACCOMMODATIONS
White Birch Lodge is located in the birches and pines along the Echo Lake shoreline. It consists of four (4) three-room cottages, each sleeping four (4) persons.  Prices range from $400 - $500 (US) per week plus a 9% accomodations tax.  There is an extra charge of $50 for each additional guest over four.

All cottages are heated and each has a shower with hot and cold water.  All cooking utensils are furnished but you must bring your own linens.  Smoking is permitted, but pets are not.

ACTIVITIES
There is croquet, badminton, and horseshoe pitching on the grounds.

There is a private area for swimming on a clearwater lake with a rowboat, a paddle boat and kayaks for family recreation.

There are three golf courses and tennis courts within a twenty-minute drive.  Montreal is two hours by car.

Check the link for the Northwoods Stewardship Center to schedule local activities.

Vermont state parks offer the opportunity to enjoy nature to its utmost, with an abundance of hiking trails, birds, flowers and wildlife.

FISHING (Season opens the second Saturday in April)
Echo Lake and the surrounding lakes and streams provide superb opportunities to fish from boat or shore.  You may cast or troll for lake trout and salmon, rainbow and brown trout, pike, pickerel and perch from spring to fall.  Vermont Fish and Wildlife Department
