IMPORTANT REUNION INFORMATION UPDATE: HOTEL CHANGE
Dates remain unchanged September 18 - 21, 2008
Dear USS Windham Bay Reunion attendees:
I have spoken with many of you regarding the hotel change for the upcoming reunion.  The location for the reunion will no longer be the Tyson’s Corner Marriott.  The new hotel will be the Fairview Park Marriott. This spectacular property is just 2 exits down the 495 Beltway from the Tyson’s Corner hotel.  Visit www.marriott.com/wasfp for a photo tour of this magnificent hotel.  Parking is still free and rates remain the same.  Please find information about the hotel as well as the driving directions in this newsletter.  We look forward to seeing you at the upcoming reunion.  Please feel free to contact us with any questions you might have.

    Visit The Vietnam Veterans Memorial,
    Visit The Lincoln Memorial
    Visit The Korean War Veterans Memorial.  
    Visit the U.S. Navy Memorial and Naval Heritage Center at which there will be a Plaque dedication Ceremony with a speker from MSTS. (plaque Photo at bottom of page.)
Afternoon    Stop at Union Station for lunch on your own.  
    Visit Arlington National Cemetery.
Evening    Enjoy dinner this evening at JR’s Stockyards Inn,
