The lifestyle of Windsor Park at Westbrook Village is ensured
by Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions. The CC & Rs
govern:
>The structural additions, alterations and modifications
of the exterior of all residential units.
>The landscape of residential units.
>The hardscape of residential units.
>The exterior painting of wall of residential units.
>The usage restrictions applicable to residential units.
Windsor Park Homeowners must submit an Architectural Change
Request to the Westbrook Village Architectural Control Committee
and the Windsor Park Board of Directors for approval to alter,
change, add, demolish, paint, remove, or construct any landscape,
hardscape or exterior walls, lights, window treatments, sun screens,
patio, concrete, doors, skylights, heating/ac units and walks.
All work must be approved by WBV and Windsor Park before any
construction proceeds. Forms are located at the WBV Administrative
Office on Westbrook Parkway.
Bylaws
The operation of the Association is governed by the Windsor
Park Bylaws. This document defines Board and Members Meetings,
the responsibilities of the Officers and Board of Directors,
what constitutes a quorum, your voting rights, etc. It is to
your benefit to become familiar with the Bylaws, attend Board
meetings and be aware of the operation of your Associationits
your money.
