In Decmber, 2002, the last published issue of Geborener Deutscher (Winter 2003) appeared. The decision to cease publishing GD came about as the simple consequence of having been putting out such a narrowly focused newsletter for almost 15 years: I just ran out of enough material to sustain regular publication. As an alternative, I established a Group on Yahoo! where German-born adoptees and others interested in the subject matter could gather and exchange information, advice, and support.
