you will need: 42 star pony beads
size 10 crochet thread
#7 ss crochet hook
pair of girls socks w/cuff
thread 21 of the star beads onto thread
RND 1: join w/ sl st at center back, sc in same sp, 41 sc evenly spaced around, join w/ sl st to first sc. 42 sc
RND 2: ch 3, 2 dc in same st, 3 dc in each st around. join w/sl st in 3rd ch of beg ch-3.
RND 3: ch 3, dc in each st around. join w/sl t in 3rd ch of beg ch-3.
RND 4: ch1, sc in same st, * ch 3, skip next 2 st, sc in next st, repeat from * around to last 2 st’s, ch 1, join w/ dc in first sc.
RND 5: ch 1, sc in same st, * ch 3,sc in next ch3 sp, ch 6, slide up bead (remove hook from work, insert hook through bead and pull ch-6 through bead), sc in next ch-3 sp, repeat from * around, joining w/sl st in first sc. end off and weave in ends.
SCRUNCHIE:
Using a pony tail elastic, loosely sc around entire elastic. Make sure elastic is completely covered with no spaces showing through. Then just use the sock pattern above.
