ePSA LIST
ePSA stands for Extended PublicService Announcement.
Like a Public Service Announcement, except designedto be somewhat more proactive.
Radio Free Richmond seeks to find out who islistening when, then determine what are the problems and predations ofthose people and create LISs for them to gain the tools to become who theywant to be and not have to live with human Ramora's sucking the life fromthem.

The ePSA series is designed to both informthe person that needs that tool at that time as well as to help other'sunderstand where that person is coming from.
