William R. Stanley is a 1983 graduate of West Virginia University College of Law where he was Research Editor of the Law Review. He is a former Special Assistant United States Attorney and a former Social Security staff attorney with Social Security's Office of Hearings and Appeals. He has been admitted to the bars of New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania and West Virginia and is a sustaining member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimants' Representatives (NOSSCR).
