My brother the the person i love the most in this world left November 27, 2001 to Parris Island South Carolina to become part of the proud, the few, the Marines. After the attack on September 11 i didn't want him to leave but that didnt change his mind instead made him want to go and defend this country. Having to go through what is one of the most difficult training was not the hardest part. The hardest part has been for us to be apart from each other. I'm soo proud of you tata proud for not only join and become a marine but also for been the son, the brother that everyone wishes they had, for having such a great heart, for also guiding me through the right path of life, for been more then a brother like a father to me. Therefore you have been and will always be my hero the person i have always and will forever look up to.

There you have seen in yourself invincibility you now confront vulnerability. You have faltered, and the root of your weakness lies painfully exposed. With the weight of failure heave on you. You realize you have been overcome because you walk alone.
There is only determination. There is only single minded desire. Not one among them would exchange torment for freedom. Finally, they just want to be Marines.

Not only you had the courage for this but also Anabel did. Yeah that girl that once you intruduce her as your girlfriend and soon i started loving her like a sister. You guys make me proud not only for enrolling in the Marines but for getting through everything together and loving each other the way you guys do.
I'm also proud of all of those that are there with you that have become like a family to you, that have been going through the same challenge as you, proud of all those young Marines.

War has started and unfortunetlly i have two of my brothers best freinds that i grow up with in the battle field. But i know they coming home soon.
