Notary Fees:
Standard Rates - $10.00
The cost for a standard notarization is $10.00 per notary signature and seal/stamp. Travel Fees apply.
Emergency Rate - Call
Emergency Service Rates vary on the day and the time of day. Please call for a quote.
Business Rate - Call
We have excellent rates for businesses located in Atwater, Livingston, Winton and certain areas of Merced.
Loan Documents - $65.00 to $100.00
This rate is for Refinancing and Purchase Loan Documents; the travel fee is waived. However, due to time constraints, the Client and Loan Company must guarantee the documents and client will be ready and available for notarization at the time of the scheduled appointment. Please expect an additional fee for delays.
***Laser Printer for E-Mail,Swiftview, Faxed Loan Doc's.
****Notary will pick-up Loan Documents or will provide a physical address to have them delivered USPS, FedEX, UPS overnight the day before the signing.
