Yesterday's Rose is a coalition, non-profit thrift shop founded in 1982. We sell gently used clothing, shoes, accessories, household items, furniture, books records and other collectibles.

Donations
We gratefully accept donations from 10-5 daily. Items should be clean and gently used.
We Cannot Accept:
Mattresses
bed pillows
Torn upholstered furniture
computers, computer parts or fax machines
large appliances
cabinet style TVs or stereos
mildewed items
Furniture that is broken or in ill repair
Carpeting or carpet remnants
Window treatments including rods and blinds
Baby Equipment
Non-working electronics
Toys/Games with missing or broken pieces
ALL Donations are tax deductible!

Volunteers
Volunteers are invaluable to the daily operation of the thrift shop and we welcome your help in processing donations and for other store duties. Hours are flexible and volunteers have a great opportunity to meet community members and make new friends! Interested applicants may choose which of the 4 participating coalition organizations they wish to volunteer for. Please see the coalitions section for details.

Current opportunities
Backroom Supervisor:  Yesterday's rose is currently seeking a Backroom Supervisor to assist donors and customers and process donations.  Applicant must be organized, capable of independent work and able to lift heavy bags and furniture.  Weekend work is required.  This is a permanent full-time position with benefits.  References required.  Please call (703) 385-9517 and ask for Judy or Dolly.
