Location Details
This luxury three bedroom apartment sleeps 6-8. It is situated in Vougiatio (1km from the famous church Agia Mavra in Macherado with local shops and grills). Vougiato is a traditional, quiet village at the foot of the Vrochionas mountains. Fifteen minutes drive from Zakynthos town and the same from the quiet secluded beaches of Porto Koukla, approximately 45 minutes to the unspoilt villages of Exo Xora, Maries & Volimes, in the North. This central North East location makes it perfect for independent travellers wishing to explore the whole island and enjoy the peace of the countryside. Local tavernas in the mountains (approximately 5 minutes drive) offer traditional Zakynthian Cuisine with spectacular views across the plains of the south, especially at night. For those who enjoy a lively nightlife the resorts of Kalamaki & Laganas are also only a short drive.
Car & bike hire can be arranged locally. Buses and taxis run from the village to the town three times per day and taxis to all locations.

The accomodation comprises one master bedroom, traditonially furnished. Double bedroom and childs room. 25' lounge traditionally decorated with open fire & TV. Luxury fully fitted modern kitchen. Luxury bathroom with bath & shower. South facing main balcony with views to the South West, balconies in double bedrooms. Off street car parking and bicycle shed. Cleaning & laundry service twice per week.
