Port Charles Teens News and Appearances
Kelly Monaco(Livvie) will be attending the 2nd Annual Evening with the Stars Benifiting the Desi Geestman Foundation on Sunday, September 12th 2004 at The Ivar, in Hollywood, California.
Erin Hershey Presley(Alison) confirmed to Soap Opera Weekly, that she met with executives of The Bold and the Beautiful about joining the show in a contract role opposite Brian Gaskill(Rafe) who plays Oscar Marone on the show. Insiders say that she would be playing Bridget Forrester. However, there is still a chance that her pilot, DOTS would be picked up for midseason so she is waiting for word on that. Also, there is an executive producer on an east coast soap who has a standing offer for Erin to join their show as well! No word on who the east coast exec is, but there's speculation that it is former PC executive producer, Julie Hanan Carruthers, who is now the executive producer of the east coast based, All My Children. Word has it that Erin has not accepted the offer yet, because she prefers to stay in Los Angeles with her husband.
Brian Presley was at the Daytime Emmys on Friday May 21st 2004, where he was nominated in the Outstanding Younger Actor in a Drama Series category for his role as Jack!  Also there was Brian's former co-star Thorsten Kaye who was nominated for his role as Outstanding Lead Actor in a Drama Series for his role as Ian. You can now catch Thorsten in his new role as Zach, a shady casino owner on All My Children! Also at the Emmys was Brian's wife and former co-star Erin Hershey Presley(Alison), who revealed to TV Guide Online's Delaina Dixon that she just shot a pilot for NBC that wasn't picked up, so now they're pitching it to FOX. Let's keep our fingers crossed!
