I am helping the American Heart Association fight the nation's leading causes of death by participating in the America's Greatest Heart Run & Walk in Utica, New York on February 28, 2004.
30 Years...and the beat goes on!!!
This year I am dedicating my walk to my dear Mom who passed away in 2001 at the age of 90. She loved her family and life and lived it to its fullest in spite of her heart related health problems.
